The property consist of one building of apartments build into letter L :

• the front side of the property accommodates 4x Two-bedroom apartments and overlooks the North

• the side of the property accommodates 10x Studios and overlooks the West

There is 14 apartments in total :

• 10 x Studio (2 + 1 persons)                                             ->     located on the groundfloor and upper floor of Villa Lucia, view to the West

• 4x Two-bedrooms apartment (4 + 1 persons)                 ->     located on the groundfloor and upper floor of Villa Lucia, view to the North

 

All the rooms contains of :

• a bedroom with a double bed / or two single beds –> STUDIO (2 persons)

• a bedroom with a double bed (1st bedroom) and 2x single beds (2nd bedroom) ->  2-BEDROOM APARTMENT (4 persons)

• a fully equipped kitchen

• a private bathroom

• a balcony

• FREE WIFI and LCD TV  in the room

• Air-Condition (available upon request, for an extra charge : 5.00 € / per day)

• Housekeeping every 2-3 days
