THE STUDIO accomodates 2 + 1 persons and are available on the groundfloor and upper floor of Villa Lucia

THE STUDIO is better for sollo travellers, couples or families with one child.

The studios are approx. 30 square meters big and includes a bedroom, a kitchen and a private bathroom.

Every studio also containes a balcony directed to the nature, overlooking to the West.

 

All rooms are equipped with free WIFI and LCD TV.

Upon request and extra charge can be used the AIR-CONDITIONG (5.00 € / per day).

Upon request and extra charge can be used the room DEPOSIT BOX (5.00 € / whole stay) or set up an EXTRA BED (6.50 € / per day).

BABY COT can be set up upon request, free of charge.

 

 

THE BEDROOM - is approx. 16 m2 big, cozy and elegantly designed in order to meet the criteria of elegant simplicity and high comfort.  There are studios with a double bed or studios with two single beds, so you can choose the studio which fits most your preference.

Both, the wardrobe and the make-up closet, are a matter of course.

THE KITCHEN - is fully (VERY WELL) equipped with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, (Moka) coffee pot, dishes, glasses, cutlery and any other thing someone might need in order to cook.

THE BATHROOM - every STUDIO includes a private bathroom with complimentary basic bath amenities.

The towels (exchanged every 2-3 days) are a matter of course.

THE BALCONY overlooking the olive-grove nature which every studio containes is equipped with a table and chairs.
