THE TWO ROOM APARTMENT accomodates 4 + 1 persons and is available on groundfloor and upper floor of Villa Lucia.

THE TWO ROOM APARTMENT is better for couples, friends, group or families with two children - in total 4-5 guests.

The 'Two room apartment' is approx. 45 square meters big, includes two bedrooms, a kitchen and a private bathroom

Every unit also containes a balcony directed to the nature, overlooking to the North.

 

All rooms are equipped with free WIFI and LCD TV.

Upon request and extra charge can be used the AIR-CONDITIONG (10.00 € / per day / both bedrooms).

Upon request and extra charge can be used the room DEPOSIT BOX (5.00 € / whole stay) or set up an EXTRA BED (6.50 € / per day).

BABY COT can be set up upon request, free of charge.

 

 

THE BEDROOMS are approx. 15 m2 big, cozy and elegantly designed in order to meet the criteria of elegant simplicity, high usability and ultimate comfort.  There is 1st bedroom with a double bed and 2nd bedroom with two single beds.

Both, the wardrobe and the make-up closet, are a matter of course.

THE KITCHEN is fully (VERY WELL) equipped with fridge, electric cooker, microwave, kettle, (Moka) coffee pot, dishes, glasses, cutlery and any other thing someone might need in order to cook.

​

THE BATHROOM – the unit includes a private bathroom with complimentary basic bath amenities.

The towels (exchanged every 2-3 days) are a matter of course.

THE BALCONY is equipped with a table and chairs and is overlooking the nature as same as the BAR-LOUNGE AREA.
